Request Deletion of Your Data
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data. We take your privacy seriously and will comply with your request within 30 days.
What Data Will Be Deleted?
Upon a data deletion request, the following data will be permanently removed:
Your user account and display name
All your digital credentials
All associated X.509 certificates (will be revoked)
All access logs and audit trails
Your public key stored on the server
Note: Biometric data and private keys are stored exclusively on your device and can be removed by uninstalling the app or resetting your device.
How to Request Deletion
Send an email with the subject "Data Deletion SecureID" to:

Please include the name associated with your account so we can identify your request.
Processing Time
We will process your request within 30 days and notify you by email once the deletion is complete.
